Villa Maba

Villa Maba, our new rental villa with magnificent nature view, located in Sarıbelen district of Kaş, which is one of the first places that comes to mind when it comes to vacation, was completed in 2020 and has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The furnishings used in our luxury villa for rent are designed in a very modern style and all the items you may need during your holiday are available. Our rental villa, one room of which has a jacuzzi, offers you a very luxurious and comfortable holiday. Villa Maba's garden, which you can choose as a honeymoon villa, is fully secluded and there is table tennis, swing and barbecue in the garden. Our holiday rental villa, which conservative families can choose with peace of mind, is 4 km from markets and restaurants and 16 km from Kalkan center.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, make-up table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, vanity table, air conditioning, swing, wardrobe, nightstand, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a sofa set, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious living room floor. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.5 m Length: 9.5 m Depth: 1.55 meters.

Garden: Table and chairs for 6 people, private swimming pool, sunbed, barbecue, dining table and swing.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00. Our guests who will check out leave at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
