Bedrooms Informations

1^st Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, one double bed, a make-up table, a closet, a bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a toilet.

2^nd Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned teenage bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, two single beds, a closet, and a bathroom (in the lounge).

3^rd Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned teenage bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, one double bed, a closet, and a bathroom (in the lounge).

4^th Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned suite bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, one double bed, a make-up table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet.

All bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Lounge: The lounge has the sea view. There is a modern and comfortable sofa suite, a fireplace, a receiver, an LCD TV, a wireless modem for the Internet, an iron and ironing board, and a washbasin. The lounge has an exit to the poolside.

Kitchen: There is an American Kitchen. There is a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a tea maker, an oven of 4, a toaster, chafing dish of 8 people, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a special swimming pool in the garden and there is also a shallow section for children. The special swimming pool measures; 7.3 m x 3.3 m, Depth: 1.60 m. There is a sunbath terrace in the poolside. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day.

Garden: There is a special swimming pool, a sunbath area, sunbeds, a parasol, a garden table and chairs, a shower, and a barbecue.

Internet: There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There may be interruptions caused by internet service providers due to the sub-structure of the region. Internet usage is enough for emails, social media, accessing newspapers and news sites; however, it is not enough for watching film and video, downloading files.

Extras: The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. The lounge and bedrooms have an air-conditioner. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day. There is a Wi-Fi in the villa and there is a jacuzzi in one bedroom.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All villas that have a position in nature are regularly disinfestation. Notwithstanding, there is a possibility of being a butterfly, an insect, a fly etc. around.

We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in the pool-sheltered villas, these villas have a _allibility.

Kalkan is a settlement built upon a hillside in terms of its geographical structure. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, go up the hill.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
