Villa Marin

Villa Marin, which is about 1.5 km away from Kalkan city center, offers you a peaceful and wonderful holiday. The garden floor of secluded our rental villa, which is preferred by little families and honeymoon couples, is secluded and not visible from the outside. For this reason, our economic rental villa, which is very suitable for our conservative families, has 4 bedrooms and has a capacity of 8 people. There is a jacuzzi in one room of our villa which has a bathroom and toilet in each bedroom. There is a special children's playground prepared for our little guests in our rental villa with jacuzzi. The interior and exterior design of our villa, where you and your children can have a very enjoyable holiday, has been designed very luxurious and modern in order to have a comfortable holiday. Our rental villa is located 4 km away from Kaputaş beach and it is possible to easily reach anywhere you want during your stay in our villa.

 Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner, vanity table, children's playground, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 double beds, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Lounge: There are air conditioner satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group and decoration materials in the hall.

Garden: The garden has a pool, dining table, sitting group and chairs, barbecue, sunbed and parasol.

Pool: The pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day by the staff who look at the villa in the morning or evening.Pool Dimensions; 6m x 4m, Depth: 1.55 meters.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
