Our villa Villa Marvellous is for rent with sea and nature views is located in Kalkan's Kalamar location. Our economical rental villa, which was completed in 2015, has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. Our villa, which is very suitable for crowded families and groups of friends, has an extremely modern and luxurious structure. All rooms of our villa, which have been carefully designed in order to offer you a comfortable holiday, are large and fully glazed, and it is possible to watch the magnificent view from each of them. Our luxury rental villa has a cinema room, pool table, foosball and table tennis for you to have fun hours. The glass secluded garden of our villa has been carefully designed for you and there is a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a shallow area. You can have a very pleasant time in our villa, which has a direct exit to the pool from the living room floor, and you can enjoy the view and the magnificent nature in the garden, which has a large seating group and barbecue area, especially in the evening. Within walking distance to restaurants and markets, Villa Marvellous is just 1.5 km from the beach. It is possible to reach the beach, Kalkan center and entertainment venues without any transportation problems during your stay in our villa.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, TV, make-up table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Hall: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning, music system and decoration materials on the large and spacious living room floor. There is a direct exit to the pool.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool Dimensions: Width: 5 m Length: 10 m Depth: 1.60 meters. There is a jacuzzi and shallow area in the pool.

Garden: There is a garden seating group, 4 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, patio, barbecue, table and chair in the specially designed garden. In addition, there are vegetables and fruits in the garden and a playground for our little guests.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00. Our guests who will check out leave at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
