Villa Melodi

Villa Melodi, located in İslamlar village the famous with nature of Kalkan, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people because it has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. All rooms including the lounge have an air conditioner and the villa has one double and two single beds. The lounge that has an American style kitchen has a modern and chic sofa suite, a DVD player, a TV, a dining table and chairs, a satellite broadcasting, and a wireless internet access. The enjoyable holiday is waiting for you in the villa which is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples since its special swimming pool and sunbath area don't appear from outside!

Bedrooms Informations

1^st Bedroom: The room is an air-conditioned suite parent’s bedroom and has a nature and pool view. There is a closet, a night table, one double bed, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet in the bedroom.

2^nd Bedroom: The room is an air-conditioned suite teenager bedroom and has a nature and pool view. There are two single beds, a closet, a night table, a bathroom, and a toilet in the bedroom.

Pool: There is a special sheltered swimming pool. Pool measurements; 7.8 m x 3.6 m; depth; 1.50 - 1.55 m.

Garden: There is a special garden table and chairs, 4 sunbeds, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Lounge: The air-conditioned lounge has an amazing nature view. There is a modern and comfortable sofa suite, a dining table of 4 people and chairs, a TV, a DVD, a receiver, and a modem for the internet. There is an exit to the pool terrace. The lounge is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a built-in oven of 4, a cooker, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, cooking pot & pan set, chafing dishes of 4 people, spoon and fork sets, and water and tea glass set. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Internet: There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There may be interruptions caused by internet service providers due to the sub-structure of the region. Internet usage is enough for emails, social media, accessing newspapers and news sites; however, it is not enough for watching film and video, downloading files.

Extras: The swimming pool in the Villa Melodi is sheltered. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
