Villa Merit

Villa Merit, located in the Akbel location of Kalkan, is within walking distance to the center and the beach. Our villa with 3 bedrooms has a capacity of 7 people. The interior design of our villa with a jacuzzi is designed in a very modern style and all the items you need are available. The garden floor of our rental villa, which is very ideal for crowded families, is sheltered and is also suitable for conservative families. Villa Merit, which has a magnificent nature and sea view, has a private swimming pool in the garden and there are sunbeds, umbrellas and mini seating at the poolside. You can spend quite pleasant hours in our luxury designed rental villa, you can feel at home as if you are at home. There are 3 villas next to each other with the same features as our rental villas, you can also rent them together.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional 400 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can enter each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
