Villa Metehan is a rental villa with a sea view that is hidden among the natural beauties of Kalkan, dazzling with its luxurious design and interior design. Crowded families can easily choose our rental villa with 3 bedrooms. Our rooms have air conditioning, LCD TV, toilet and bathroom. Our honeymoon couples who want to spend a holiday with the nature away from the crowd of the city can choose Metehan as a honeymoon villa for rent. There are 2 jacuzzis in our villa. There are two pools in total: pool terrace and garden pool. Our pool terrace is secluded, not visible from the outside. For this reason, you can easily choose and start enjoying your holiday as soon as possible.
NOTE: 350 TL extra cleaning fee is charged for stays less than 6 nights during high season and for stays less than 5 nights during low season dates.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.
Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.
Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price.
