1^st Bedroom: The suite bedroom has one double bed, a make-up table, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom is on the basement floor.

2^nd Bedroom: The suite bedroom has one double bed, a make-up table, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet.

3^rd Bedroom: The suite bedroom has one double bed, a make-up table, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet.

4^th Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, a make-up table, a night table, and a closet. A bathroom and a toilet are joint tenancy.

5^th Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, a make-up table, a night table, and a closet. A bathroom and a toilet are joint tenancy.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a built-in oven, a microwave oven, a built-in oven of 4, a kettle, chafing dish of 10 people, cooking pots & pans, spoons & forks etc.

Capacity: The accommodation capacity can be 10 people, maximum.

Lounge: The lounge has a modern sofa suite, a receiver, a TV, an air conditioner, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner etc.

Cleaning, Bedlinen: The villa is cleanly delivered to you and cleaning is done once a week. We can provide you extra new clean bed linens, pillowcases etc. for a fee.

Pool: There is a special swimming pool in the garden. Pool measures: 8 m x 3.5 m; depth: 1.50 m. There is a jacuzzi in the special swimming pool.

Garden: The special garden has sunbeds, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas etc. are included in prices.  Plane tickets, extra cleaning, new bed linens, new towels, pillowcase, holiday and health insurance etc. charges are not included in the prices.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
