2^nd Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite teenage bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, two single beds, a make-up table, a closet, a bathroom, and a balcony. This bedroom is on the first floor.

3^rd Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite teenage bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, a closet, a make-up table, two single beds, a bathroom, and a balcony. This bedroom is on the first floor.

4^th Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite parent bedroom. This bedroom has a closet, one double bed, a night table, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a balcony. This bedroom is on the first floor.

All bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Lounge: The lounge is the sea view, comfortable, and large. There is a comfortable sofa suite, a receiver, an LCD TV, a DVD player, a sound system, and a wireless modem for the Internet. The lounge has an exit to the poolside. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room. The lounge is in the pool floor.

Kitchen: There is an American Kitchen. There is a microwave oven, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a built-in oven of 4, chafing dish of 14 people, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a special sheltered swimming pool in the garden. The special swimming pool measures; Length: 15 m; Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.60 m. There is a sunbath terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the mornings or evenings.

Special Garden: There is a sheltered special swimming pool, a parasol, a sunbath area, sunbeds, a garden table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Internet: The villa has an enriched internet and the internet is available for all rooms of the villa. There may be interruptions caused by internet service providers due to the sub-structure of the region. Internet usage is enough for emails, social media, accessing newspapers and news sites; however, it is not enough for watching film and video, downloading files.

Extras: There is a game room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a wireless internet in the villa. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. The lounge and bedrooms have an air-conditioner. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms have an air conditioner.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All villas that have a position in nature are regularly disinfestation. Notwithstanding, there is a possibility of being a butterfly, an insect, a fly etc. around.

We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in the pool-sheltered villas, these villas have a _allibility.

Kalkan is a settlement built upon a hillside in terms of its geographical structure. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, go up the hill.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
