Villa Muhel

Our villa villa Muhel, which is opened for the use of holiday lovers in the 2019 summer season, is located in the center of Kalkan,, and within walking distance to the markets and restaurants. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The interior design of our double bedroom jacuzzi villa has been designed in a very stylish and modern style and all the items you may need are available. Our villa, whose garden floor is completely secluded, is suitable for conservative families. There is a private swimming pool, swing, sun loungers and sun umbrellas in the garden of our villa, which has an exit per pool from the living room floor.

NOTE: In this villa, 400 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 6 nights.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, bedside table, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, wardrobe and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, dresser and bathroom.

Lounge: The living room with sea view has a seating group, a dining table for 10 people, a satellite receiver, air conditioning and a TV. It has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, dinner set for 10 people, pans and pans.

Pool: Garden and pool cleaning is done once a day. Pool dimensions: 8m x 3.5m depth: 1.55 meters.

Garden: There is a table and chair set for 6 people, barbecue, sunbeds and private swimming pool in the specially designed garden.

Internet: There is WIFI in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the first entrance to the villa. If there is no broken and damaged, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
