Villa Nabella

Our luxurious rental villa Villa Nabella, located in the popular resort town of Kalkan in Kisla, is one of the most popular villas in the region, only 300 meters from the beach. Our 4 bedroom, 8 person accommodation villa is very suitable for crowded families and groups of friends. All rooms of our modern and stylish designed villa are bright and spacious. You can watch the magnificent view of Kalkan from every corner of our villa designed with a glass system. Our luxury rental villa with sea view is 2 km from the center of Kalkan.

NOTE: Between 21 June and 13 September, a minimum of 6 nights accommodation fee can be made, with an additional cleaning fee of 400 TL. On other dates, a minimum of 4 nights accommodation can be made, and an additional cleaning fee of 400 TL is required.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 2 single bed, wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning.

Hall: The hall floor with a sea and nature view is large and spacious and includes a sitting group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table.

Kitchen: A fully equipped American kitchen with a modern design includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: The pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day by the staff looking at the villa, in the morning or evening. Pool dimensions: 10 m x 4 meters, Depth 1.50 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you respect the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
