Villa Nazlı, which is located in Sarıbelen location of the popular tourism area Kalkan, was built in 2018 and was offered to the holiday lovers. Our quite new rental villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Our rental villa with nature view designed with stone house concept is one of our affordable rental villas for the season. Our villa with a private swimming pool is naturally secluded and offers you a peaceful holiday.  Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, vanity table, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Lounge: there is a very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area there is a sitting group, table and chair.

Garden: The garden has a private swimming pool, dining table and chairs, barbecue, sunbed and parasol.

Pool: Pool and garden cleaning is done by officers looking at the villa, 1 ketre per day, morning or evening. Pool Dimensions; 11m x 4m, Depth: 1.50 meters.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
