Villa Nazlı A, our ultra luxurious rental villa located in Kışla, one of the most popular places of Kalkan, has a 2 bedroom accommodation capacity for 4 people. Villa Nazlı A, which you can choose as a honeymoon villa, has a magnificent sea and nature view. The furnishings used in our rental luxury villa, which has a peaceful atmosphere with its spacious structure, are extremely comfortable. Our villa with heated pool, which you can choose with peace of mind during the winter months, is within walking distance to the sea. Our villa with double swimming pool has generator and water tank. The pool heating feature of our villa is included in the fee, and you do not need to pay an extra fee.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, dresser, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet in the suite bedroom.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, make-up table, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The livingroom floor with sea and nature view has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning and LCD TV. There is a direct exit from the lounge floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: There are 2 pools in our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day, in the morning or evening, by the staff looking at the villa. Big Pool dimensions: 10 m x 4 m, Depth is 1.50 meters. Small Pool Dimensions: 3.50 m x 2.30 m, Depth; It is 1 meter.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, swing, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important that you observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
