Villa Nur

Villa Nur, which is completed in April 2017, a quiet and peaceful holiday destination in nature, is one of the rental villa options that have a very stylish design. There is an indoor pool with jacuzzi in the lounge of the villa which is a frequent place for people who want to make a conservative holiday. The pool terrace of the villa, where you feel like very privileged and special person, does not seem from the outside since it is also completely sheltered. Everything you need in the villa which has an accommodation capacity of 4 people in 2 bedrooms is thought up to all details. Both bedrooms are designed as the en-suite style for the comfort of guests. The villa has the world famous panoramic 18 km Patara Beach view for the guests who care about the view. You can also live minutes of romantic sunsets Villa Nur is waiting for you to have a special holiday.

Note: There is an indoor heated pool in the villa for winter months. The operation of the indoor heated pool system is included in the prices.

Bedrooms Informations

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Lounge: The lounge has a sofa suite, a TV, an air conditioner, an indoor heating pool, a coffee table, and a telescope. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a cooker, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a water dispenser, chafing dish, spoons and forks set,  cooking pot & pan set, and cups.

Pool: Pool measures: 9 m x 4 m; depth: 1.60 m. There is a shallow pool in the pool. The pool terrace is sheltered and does not appear from the outside.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, guidance service, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There is an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is written as a footnote on the page of all villas for general information, not only about this villa.
