Villa Old Town

Villa Old Town is one of our luxurious villa alternatives with a private pool with a view of Kalkan Bay and islands, with a capacity of up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, ideal for large families and groups, located in the old market of Kalkan Villa. The kitchen and lounge are located on the ground floor and you can go out to the pool terrace. There is also a seating area and a swing on the roof terrace to have a pleasant time against the magnificent view of Kalkan.

1st Bedroom. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: Our living room has a seating group, television, satellite receiver, air conditioning, coffee table.

Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, toaster, oven, 4-stove, microwave oven, dispenser, dining table for 8 people, dinner sets, cutlery and cookware, pots and pans, There are glasses.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool dimensions are 6.50 m m x 5 m depth 1.55 cm.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
