Villa Özden

Our holiday villa with pool secluded, has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. Our holiday villa, whose pool is located in Kayaköy, is not visible from the outside, has an elegant design and exquisite historical Kayaköy atmosphere. Our villa has all the tools and equipment you need in your home and there is internet access.

NOTE: 450 TL additional cleaning fee will be charged for stays below 7 nights.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and bedside table.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the spacious and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 750 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken  or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
