Villa Ozma, our luxury rental villa with a view of Kalamar Bay, has 5 bedrooms and a 10-person accommodation capacity. Our villa, which has all rooms with sea view and the most suite style, has been designed very luxurious and modern to offer you an unforgettable holiday. With its magnificent design and wide usage areas, all the furniture used in our villa, which is suitable for crowded families and groups of friends, are quite modern and comfortable. There is an infinity pool and a mini bar in the carefully designed garden of our luxury rental villa, one of which has a jacuzzi. It is possible to easily reach anywhere you want during your stay in our luxury rental villa near the sea, which is 1.5 km away from the center of Kalkan and only 250 meters from the beach. You will admire the magnificence and beauty of nature once again while watching the sunset with your loved ones accompanied by the magnificent view in the evenings and you will never want the holiday to end ...

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, make-up table, wardrobe, dresser, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, bathroom and toilet. In addition to this room, there is a sunbathing area and sun loungers.

Living Room: The living room floor with sea and nature view has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and a 10 person dining table. There is a direct exit from the lounge floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 8 m x 5 m, Depth is 1.40 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table, mini bar, hammock, outdoor shower, umbrella and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 2000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
