Villa Payam

Our new rental villa with a pool in the Hacıoğlan neighborhood of Kalkan has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Our villa, whose construction was completed in June 2020, has been opened to holiday lovers this season. Our villa, which is in the nature and designed with the concept of stone house, has a luxurious design. The garden floor of our villa, which can also be preferred as a honeymoon villa, is secluded and not visible from the outside. All of the essentials you may need during your holiday are available in our one room jacuzzi villa and are ready for your use. Villa Payam, our economical rental honeymoon villa that offers you a conservative, peaceful holiday in nature, is located within a 20 minute walk from the center.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: The lounge floor of the villa is large and spacious and has a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit from the hall floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: A fully equipped American kitchen with a modern design includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: The pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day by the staff looking at the villa, in the morning or evening. Pool dimensions: 11 m x 4 meters, Depth 1.55 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, table tennis, swing, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new bed sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you respect the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
