Villa Pisces

Our villa with sea view, Villa Pisces, is located in Kalkan Kalamar region and is 1 km away from the beach and city center. Villa Pisces with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people is suitable for large families and groups of friends. All rooms of our rental villa, which has been carefully designed, has air conditioning, balcony, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. The bed heads in all of its rooms are decorated with colorful mosquito nets. There is a private swimming pool on the garden floor of our rental villa. There are sun loungers and umbrellas at the poolside and there is a seating area in the garden for you to relax after the pool. There is a dining table and a barbecue in the garden so that you can enjoy your meal hours in the garden with sea views.

NOTE: There is 1 foldable extra bed in our villa, and with this bed, the accommodation capacity is 7 people.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, dresser, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: American Kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pans, pots, cups.

Lounge: Our Villa's Living Room has a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dining table and chairs.

Pool and Garden: Our rental villa has a private swimming pool and a pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, dining table and chairs.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
