Villa Primavera is located in Kalkan-Kızıltaş area. It has 4 rooms and can accommodate 8 people. Our villa, which is located against the unique Kalkan view with its breathtaking sea view, is designed with modern and stylish furniture and offers a comfortable villa holiday for holiday lovers. Our villa is 3 km from the center and the nearest restaurant and 600 m from the supermarket.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single (can be combined into a double bed) bed, air conditioning, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There are clean bed linens and towels in the bedrooms.

Lounge: Villa Primavera's air-conditioned hall has a seating group, LED TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs, wifi connection for internet. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool.

Kitchen: The kitchen of Villa Primavera is a modern American kitchen.In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, 4-stove, oven, toaster, cutlery and electric kettle, pots and pans, dinner set for 8 people, There are water and tea glasses.

Pool: Villa Primavera has a private swimming pool. Pool dimensions are 11m in length, 4.5m in width, 1.7m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can enter each villa at 15:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price.
