Villa Rüya 2

Our villa for summer rental is located in Üzümlü Village of Kalkan as 2 locations. Our villa, which has an interior and exterior design with a wooden structure concept, has 4 rooms and can accommodate 8 people. Our rental villa has 2 floors and is at the level that crowded friends can choose with peace of mind. The garden floor of our rental villa with air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom in all rooms is secluded and cannot be seen from the outside. Villa Rüya 2, which has a private swimming pool in the garden, offers you a holiday with nature. Our villa, which can be preferred by conservative families, has sun loungers, sun umbrellas and wooden camellias by the pool.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

Lounge: In the Hall of our Villa; Sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table and wireless modem are available.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen; refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, saucepans, pans, glasses, dinner set, cutlery, dining table and chairs.

Pool: Garden and pool cleaning is done once a day.

Garden: There is a table and chair set, barbecue, sunbeds and private swimming pool in the specially designed garden.

Internet: There is WIFI in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
