Villa Samui

Villa Samui, located in the tranquil structure and peaceful atmosphere of nature, is located on Kalkan area of Antalya. The villa which lays the amazing view under feet impresses people who see its location. The villa which presents almost visual fest has an accommodation capacity of 6 people since it has 3 bedrooms. You will forget the tiredness and stress of the entire year and will spend every minute with a different joy when the peace of the green and fresh air are integrated. You can enjoy the sun and cool water with your partner and your children since the special swimming pool in the garden of the villa is completely sheltered due to your privacy. Villa Samui which you can collect enjoyable moments open the doors to you also in this summer.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, dressing table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: The living room with sea view has a seating group, dining table for 4 people, satellite receiver, air conditioning and TV. It has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dinner set for 4 people, pans and pans.

Pool: Garden and pool cleaning is done once a day. Pool dimensions: 7m x 4m depth: 1.60 meters.

Garden: There is a table and chair set for 4 people, a barbecue, 2 sunbeds and a private swimming pool in the specially designed garden.

Internet: There is WIFI in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the first entrance to the villa. If there is no broken, broken, damaged, it is returned at the exit.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.

Transportation: As the transportation to the villa in Kalkan region is a bit difficult, guests are recommended to come by private vehicles. Guests who do not have a private car can rent a car from different regions of Antalya. As it is a region that is accessible by narrow and dirt roads, it is recommended that guests receive information about the road condition.
