Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. There is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a built-in oven of 4, a cooker, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, pan & cooking pot set, chafing dish of 12 people, spoon & fork set, and tea- coffee- water glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: Pool measures; 9 m x 8 m, depth; 1.60 m. There is a children’s pool inside the pool.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a sunbath terrace, a special swimming pool, a garden sofa suite, sunbeds, a parasol, a garden dining table and chairs, a hammock, an arbor, and a stone barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered for guests and cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the Villa Seboş. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
