Villa Selimoğlu

Villa Selimoğlu is located in Kalkan, 2 km from the center of Kalkan and 1 km from the beach. Our villa, which has 6 bedrooms, has the capacity to accommodate 12 people with its luxurious design. All the rooms of the villa have sea view, also our rooms have air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, vanity table and wardrobe. The garden floor of our villas, which can be preferred by crowded friends groups and conservative extended families, is sheltered, there is a private large swimming pool and a children's pool for its little visitors, and the pool has infinity views. In addition, the children's pool can be used as a jacuzzi. There are sun loungers and parasols at the poolside. Our rental villa Villa Selimoğlu has a dining table, barbecue and seating group in the garden. You can prepare delicious grills while watching the magnificent sea view of Kalkan, and enjoy the magic of nature and spend pleasant hours by the pool.

6th Bedroom (second Floor): There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there is a fridge, dishwasher, 4-way built-in stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 12 people, dinner table for 12, pan, saucepan, etc.

Lounge: Our hall has a sea view and is modern and tastefully furnished. Our living room has a seating group, TV, air conditioning, wc and sink.

Pool and Garden: Our villa has a swimming pool. One is used as a children's swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our garden has a dining table, barbecue, seating group, sunbed, sun umbrella. Pool Dimensions: Length - 9.00 mt, Width - 5.30 mt, Depth - 2.30 mt-1.50 mt

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
