Villa Sevil 1, our stone house concept rental villa located in Fethiye-Kayaköy, which is a very quiet and calm settlement due to its geographical structure, offers you an unforgettable holiday opportunity with its authentic structure. Designed with the perfect harmony of stone architecture and wood, our rental villa has been decorated with furniture suitable for its architecture and created a unique peaceful atmosphere. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. The bathroom and toilet are in the common area and there is a jacuzzi. There is a private swimming pool, oriental corner, table tennis, children's playroom and stone barbecue in the garden of our rental villa with panoramic nature view, where you will admire every detail. Villa Sevil 1 is located 5 km from Gemirler Bay and Fethiye center and 7 km from Ölüdeniz.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe and dresser.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be joined), wardrobe and air conditioning.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, air conditioner, TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table in the living room. There is a direct exit from the living room floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 8 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.50 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, oriental corner, barbecue, garden table, table tennis, children's playground, umbrella and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee. For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional 300 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important that you observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
