Villa Sirena

Villa Sirena, our luxury honeymoon villa located in Kördere, Kalkan, has a 2 bedroom accommodation capacity for 4 people. Our villa, whose garden floor is completely secluded, is very suitable for honeymoon couples and conservative families. Our villa with sea view has an indoor swimming pool and is suitable for use in winter. All the items used in our villa, which have been carefully designed to offer you a wonderful holiday, are of first quality and are in a very modern structure. Next to our rental villa with sauna, there are Villa Betül and Villa Yağmur, which have the same features. Our rental villa with jacuzzi is 5 minutes away from the center of Kalkan by car.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, indoor pool, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, make-up rack, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure with a sofa set, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver and modem. There is a direct exit from the living room floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Outdoor Pool dimensions: 12 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.60 meters. Closed Pool Dimensions: 3m x 5m, Depth; It is 1.20 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important that you observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
