Our luxury rental villa located in Kızıltaş, the popular holiday destination of Kalkan, offers you a luxurious holiday opportunity in the new season with its magnificent sea view and comfortable structure. Our fully equipped villa, Villa Sultan Evi, which is designed in a very luxurious and modern way, has a 5 bedroom accommodation capacity for 10 people. Our holiday rental villa, which has all the items you may need, has a jacuzzi, audible alarm, camera system, private parking lot and a safe. Our villa has an indoor heating pool with jacuzzi in one room, and there is an exit to the balcony on the front facade from all rooms. Villa Sultan Evi, one of the most popular villas in the region, will fascinate you with its luxurious structure, large swimming pool, heated indoor pool and many other features. Right next to our villa, there is Villa Beyaz Sultan, which has the same features as itself, and you can rent two villas together if you wish.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double round bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, indoor pool, balcony with sea view, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor and has a direct exit to the pool terrace.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, vanity table, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, make-up table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room floor with sea and nature view has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and a 10-person dining table. There is a direct exit from the living room floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 12.3 m x 3.7 meters, Depth is 1.60 meters. Pool heating feature is only available in the inner pool.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important that you observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
