Villa Tamer, a holiday rental villa in Kalkan's Islamlar location, offers you a secluded and conservative holiday with its secluded garden. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Bedroom Informations

1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet. Exit to the pool terrace.

Lounge: In the hall of our villa, there is a seating group, air conditioning, coffee table, TV, satellite receiver, wireless modem. It is also at the exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-stove, kettle, toaster, cookware and pan set, dinner set, spoon-fork set and glasses.

Pool Terrace (Garden): On the pool terrace of our villa, there is a private swimming pool, sunbed, umbrella, dining table, chairs and barbecue (barbecue).

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
