The villa, completed in 2015, is one of the new villas which are located on the Kördere of the cute resort town of Kalkan. The villa which guests are quite satisfied thanks to its attractive architecture, its amazing view, its chic decoration, its modern and comfortable goods, is an ideal option for people who want to make a peaceful and calm holiday in nature. There are a large swimming pool and a sunbath area in the special garden which has a special landscaping. There is also a table tennis if you want to have fun while becoming cool on hot days. In addition to this, while sipping your tea with the sea view if you want to swing in the hammock or want to do a barbecue part with your friends, there are all amenities you need in the villa. If you want to make more crowded holiday, the accommodation capacity of people can be increased 8 to 22 with Villa Montana which is on just next to the villa. Bedroom Informations

1^st Bedroom: The air-conditioned bedroom has a closet, one double bed, a make-up table, a night table, a wingchair, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is an exit to the roof floor terrace.

2^nd Bedroom: The air-conditioned bedroom has one double bed, a closet, a night table, a wingchair, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony.

3^rd Bedroom: The air-conditioned bedroom has one double bed, a night table, a closet, a wingchair, a make-up table, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony.

4^th Bedroom: The air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds, a night table, a closet, a wingchair, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony.

All bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Lounge: The sea view lounge has a comfortable sofa suite, a TV, a receiver, a table and chairs, and a modem for the Internet. The lounge has an exit to the poolside. There is also a laundry room, a bathroom & a toilet, and a terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American Kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an oven of 4, a cooker, toaster, spoon & fork set, a tea maker, a kettle, a coffee maker, cooking pots & pans, chafing dish of 10 people, and water and tea glasses.

Pool: There is a special swimming pool in the garden. The special swimming pool measures; Length: 15 m; Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.50 m. There is a sunbath terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the mornings or evenings.

Special Garden: There is a sheltered special swimming pool, a sunbath area, a parasol, sunbeds, a garden table and chairs, a garden sofa suite, a hammock, a shower, and a jacuzzi.

Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. There may be interruptions caused by internet service providers due to the sub-structure of the region. Internet usage is enough for emails, social media, accessing newspapers and news sites; however, it is not enough for watching film and video, downloading files.

Extras: There is a table tennis, and an internet in the villa. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. All bedrooms have clean towel sets and bedlinens.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All villas that have a position in nature are regularly disinfestation. Notwithstanding, there is a possibility of being a butterfly, an insect, a fly etc. around.

Kalkan is a settlement built upon a hillside in terms of its geographical structure. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, go up the hill.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
