Villa Tuncay

Villa Tuncay is located in the Islamlar village of Kalkan, the most popular holiday destination in the district of Kas in Antalya. Villa Tuncay, which is one of the most preferred rental villas for domestic and foreign tourists especially during the holiday season, has been carefully prepared for the summer season of 2021 and has been offered to our valuable visitors. Our rental villa has 2 rooms and 4 people can easily vacation. It is an ideal villa with full facilities for honeymoon couples. Our villa has 2 floors, the interior design and design are modernly arranged and there is WiFi service. Our bedrooms have everything you need such as air conditioning, LCD tv, sound system and treadmill. Villa Tuncay, which is one of the favorite villas of Kalkan, has a 13 meter long sheltered pool in its specially maintained garden. Pool cleaning is done every morning and evening. There is a sun terrace, loungers, parasols and hammocks by the pool. In addition, you can prepare table tennis and a pleasant dinner for your customers to have a more enjoyable time.

2nd Bedroom: The suite is a family bedroom with 1 double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, 2 berjers, coffee table, treadmill and bathroom / toilet. (1st Floor)

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the spacious and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
