Villa Tzia

The villa located in Ortaalan area of Kalkan is located at the intersection of the green of nature and the blue of the peaceful sea. Even if the villa has an accommodation capacity of 10 people in 5 bedrooms and you want to make a holiday with more crowded family or friend groups, there are options such as Villa Mara or Villa Olivella, located next to the villa. So you can increase the accommodation capacity to 30 people. Making a privileged and luxurious holiday in the villa where everything is detailed thought up is your right!

Bedrooms

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom is in the basement. The bedroom has two single beds, a night table, a closet, an air conditioner, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is an exit to the poolside. This bedroom has the sea view.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom is in the first floor. The bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom has the sea view.

3^rd Bedroom: This bedroom is in the first floor. The bedroom has one double bed, a night table, an air conditioner, a make-up table, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom has the sea view.

4^th Bedroom: This bedroom is in the first floor. The bedroom has one double bed, a night table, an air conditioner, a closet, a make-up table, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom has the sea view.

5^th Bedroom: This bedroom is in the second floor. The bedroom has one double bed, a night table, an air conditioner, a closet, a make-up table, a terrace, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom has the sea view.

Lounge

The lounge has a sofa suite, an air conditioner, an LCD TV, a coffee table, and a receiver. The lounge has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

There is a modern American Kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a cooker, an oven of 4, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a dining table of 8 people, chafing dish, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups.

Pool

Pool measures; 10 m x 5 m, Depth: 1.55 m.

Pool Terrace

The pool terrace has a special swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, a table and chairs, garden furnishings, and a barbecue.

Important Information

Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered for guests and cleaning is done once a week.  Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage Deposit

A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note

All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is written as a footnote on the page of all villas for general information, not only about this villa.
