Located in the village of Islamlar Village of Kalkan, Villa Umaya 2 is one of our economical holiday rental options. The villa, which has a total of 2 bedrooms, has a capacity of 4 people. You will feel yourself in the comfort of your home with a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and in all rooms with TV and air conditioning. It is an ideal choice for conservative families and honeymoon couples as it is surrounded by a screening system. If desired, the villa can be closed in front of the pool, if desired, the villa can be completely protected against foreign eyes. Lounge: In our Hall, there is air conditioning, television, satellite receiver, DVD, sitting group, dining table for 4 people, and chairs and toilet.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, pots and pans, dinner set for 4 people, cutlery and tea cups, tea, coffee and water cups.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a sun terrace, private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrella, garden dining table for 4 people and chairs and a barbecue. The dimensions of the pool are 6.50 cm x 3 m depth 1.60 cm.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
