Villa Unlimited 2

Villa Unlimited 2 is our rental villa, located in Ortaalan location in the center of Kalkan, only 1.5 km from the sea. Our new rental luxury villa, which was completed in 2019, is within walking distance to the markets and restaurants. Our villa, which has a magnificent view of Kalkan bays and nature, has 6 bedrooms and has a capacity of 12 people. Our villa with one room jacuzzi is very suitable for crowded families and groups of friends. There is a specially designed infinity pool on the sheltered garden floor and a special children's pool for the little visitors. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, swings, table tennis and mini seating groups at the poolside. Everything you need is available on the garden floor so that you can enjoy the magnificent view and spend pleasant evenings.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Suit room has double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Suit room has double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, wardrobe, safety deposit box, nightstand, vanity table, balcony, desk chair, bathroom, toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, balcony, table and chair, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: Suit room has double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: Suit room has double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

6th Bedroom: Suit room has double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a living room opening to the large and spacious pool, TV (LCD), satellite, dvd, internet, sitting group, dining table for 10 people, air conditioning, wc.

Kitchen: Modern designed American kitchen and cabinets, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, water dispenser, microwave oven, teapot, 4 built-in cooker, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, dinner set for 10 people, pan and cookware .

Pool and Garden: There is a private swimming pool, private garden, children's pool, jacuzzi, hammock, barbecue, sunbeds and umbrellas, sitting group and dining table for 10 people. Pool and garden maintenance is done daily. Pool Dimensions: Width 5, 5m, Length 17m, Depth 1,65 cm

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
