Villa Ural

Villa Ural, a rental honeymoon villa with a magnificent nature view and atmosphere, is located in the Üzümlü location of Kalkan and has a conservative structure. Our single bedroom villa has a capacity of 2 people and is suitable for little families and honeymoon couples. There is a heated indoor pool with jacuzzi in our rental villa. Villa Ural is waiting for you, if you want to spend a calm honeymoon holiday with the peace of nature, away from the crowded noise of the city!

NOTE: In this villa, an additional 300 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: The bedroom, which has the most suites, has 1 double bed, air conditioning, bathroom and heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Protected external pool dimensions; 10m x 3.5 m depth: 1.50 meters. Heated inner pool dimensions: 3m x 2m depth: 1 meter.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
