Villa Yağmur, which was completed in 2019 and offered to the service of its visitors, is a fully secluded honeymoon villa located in Kördere, Kalkan. All the fine details necessary for you to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday are considered in our luxury rental villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Our honeymoon villa with sea view has an indoor pool and you can choose it with peace of mind during your four season holidays. Since the pool and garden floor of our villa is secluded, it is very suitable for conservative families. Our rental villa with sauna is 5 minutes away from the center of Kalkan by car. Right next to our villa, our other rental villas are Villa Betül and Villa Sirena. You can also rent these villas together if you wish. NOTE: In this villa, 250 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, dresser, TV, indoor pool, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure with a sofa set, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver and modem. There is a direct exit from the living room floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Outdoor Pool dimensions: 12 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.60 meters. Closed Pool Dimensions: 5m x 3 m, Depth; It is 1.20 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important that you observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
