Villa Zaza

Villa Zaza, our holiday rental villa in Kalkan, is 4 km away from the center of Kalkan. Our luxury designed holiday villa with 3 bedrooms has a capacity of 6 people. Our villa, which has an external bathroom and toilet in all rooms, is very suitable for crowded families as well as groups of friends. If you want our villa with indoor heated pool, you can choose it in the winter months and benefit from every opportunity. Offering you a modern holiday with luxuriously designed rooms, Villa Zaza has a secluded private swimming pool.

NOTE: In our rental villa, a cleaning fee of 400 TL is charged for stays less than 6 nights in high season and less than 5 nights in low season.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table and hair dryer. Toilets and bathrooms are available.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table and hair dryer and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table and hair dryer and bathroom.

Kitchen: Modern fully equipped American type kitchen, dining table and chairs, oven, microwave, dinnerware up to the number of people, toaster, pan, tea-water glasses, saucepans, cutlery etc ...

Lounge: Spacious and modern living room, sofa sets, TV, Air Condition, Sink and Pool section.

Pool Floor Terrace: Sunbathing area, private pool and garden, Sunbeds and umbrellas, sea towels, Seating set, table and chairs, BBQ and shower section. Large Pool Dimensions: Length: 9m Width: 4m Depth 150cm

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken  or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price.
