Villa Zümrüt

Our new rental villa Zümrüt, whose construction was completed on the road to 2019, is located in Kalkan- Kördere location. One of our villas with 2 bedrooms has a jacuzzi and it can accommodate 4 people. All the rooms of our holiday rental villa have a sea view and all the details necessary to offer you a peaceful holiday have been considered. Our modern designed luxury villa has a private swimming pool on the garden floor and a children's pool for its little visitors. Next to our villa is Villa Anka Deluxe, owned by the same villa owner. You can rent these two villas together or you can choose Villa Zümrüt as honeymoon villa if you wish.

NOTE: For stays of 4 nights or less, 300 TL additional cleaning fee is charged.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, jacuzzi, bathroom / WC and balcony. (1st floor)

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom / WC and balcony. (1st floor)

Lounge: The air-conditioned lounge has a wonderful sea and nature view. The living room has a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, modem for internet. There is an exit from the hall to the poolside.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle kettle, microwave oven, toaster, tea machine, pan and cookware, table and chair for 4 people, 2 bars in American Kitchen There are chairs, dinner sets, cutlery, water and tea glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool Terrace: Villa Zümrüt terrace has a sheltered pool, children's pool, gazebo, dining table and chairs for 6 people, 4 deck chairs, swing, 2 specially designed seats and barbecue.

Pool: There is a private secluded swimming pool and the pool measures 8 m. x 3.5 m., Depth 1.50 meters. In addition, there is a Children's Pool measuring 2.5 meters x 5 meters depth and 1.00 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections resulting from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites are sufficient for such issues; watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

Damage Deposit: Damage, casualty, broken, etc. 1000 Turkish Lira deposit is collected at the entrance. When there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. In addition, a fee is not requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurance is not included in the prices.

- Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas, which are located in nature. Despite this, in the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is a possibility. - We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with pool protection. These villas always have 5% avoidance share.

- Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on the slope. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you go uphill.
