The villa, located in Kızıltaş area of the tourism pearl Kalkan of Antalya, has an infinity pool and a unique view that can be watched from all rooms. You can sure that you can relieve the tiredness of the entire year in the villa that is located at between olive trees and at the intersevtion of green and blue. The luxury villa, completed in 2011, promises a peaceful and enjoyable holiday thanks to its quite modern and chic furnishings. Villa Falcon Lodge which has an accommodation capacity of 14 people thanks to its seven en-suite style bedrooms has all equipment you need. You will lose track of time with its well-kept special garden area and large swimming pool, its sunbath terrace, its sitting areas, its barbecue area!

2^nd Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a make-up table, a closet, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. The room has a sea view. This bedroom is on the first floor.

3^rd Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. The room has a sea view. This bedroom is on the first floor.

4^th Bedroom: The bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a jacuzzi, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a seat, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. The room has a sea view. This bedroom is on the second floor.

5^th Bedroom: The bedroom has one double bed, a make-up table, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a seat, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. The room has a sea view. This bedroom is on the second floor.

6^th Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a make-up table, a night table, a closet, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. The room has a sea view. This bedroom is on the third floor.

All bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Lounge: The lounge has an air conditioner, a comfortable sofa suite, a receiver, an LCD TV, a DVD player, a sound system, and a wireless modem for the Internet. The lounge has an exit to the poolside. The lounge has a sea view. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room. The lounge is in the pool floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American Kitchen. There is a microwave oven, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a built-in oven of 4, a dining table of 6 people, chafing dish, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: Pool measures; 18 m x 5 m, Depth: 1.50 m. Moreover, there is a children’s pool and a multiple-staged jacuzzi inside the pool.

Pool Terrace: There is a sheltered special swimming pool, parasols, a sunbath area, sunbeds, a garden table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week.  Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a jacuzzi, Wi-Fi for the internet needs, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing table, a vacuum cleaner, and a hair dryer. Moreover, there are 24-hours security cameras, a parking garage, alarm system, and a locked case in this villa.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is written as a footnote on the page of all villas for general information, not only about this villa.
