HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can check the availability of the villa by clicking the RESERVATION button which is located just below the prices section on the detail page of the villa you want to rent. If the villa you want to stay is available at the desired date range, you can select the number of people (adult and children) who will stay in the villa in the window that opened after you selected minimum 5 days to 7 nights (depending on the selected month). The name, surname, e-mail, telephone number information of the person who made the reservation must be entered.
In this window, you can see that the villa's, you want to rent, price in the date range when you will stay and you can see that the deposit amount (35% of the total amount) which is paid as pre-payment.
Whereafter you approved the tab of confirming the reservation conditions and you clicked the continue button, you can see that the information of your reservation has been made in your window. After these operations, the system will send information about reaching your pre-reservation and information of details of reservation and payment, to your e-mail address that you determine in the form.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS DONE?
At the first stage, after the reservation form created, you should pay the 35% of the total rental payment of the villa at the date range which you will stay. This amount is given as pre-information at the moment you fill the reservation form and it is located in the pre-reservation information which is reached to you. You can pay the 35% deposit payment with your credit card securely (with 3d secure) via payment link which we will send with the e-mail, or you can also pay to our company accounts code with money order/eft.
DO YOU HAVE A FOOD SERVICE?
We do not have food service. You can cook your own meals, and you can prepare a nice breakfast with your own hands at the kitchens of the villa. If you want a special barbecue service, you can get this service for a fee from special chefs who we have contracted with. You can call us for the fee and service details.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Charges of electricity, water, bottled gas, pool & garden maintenance, and cleaning which is done at the entrance, are included the price. If you want an extra cleaning service during your stay, you should give information about this to our company 1 day ahead. This service is provided for a fee.
SPECIFIED PRICES PER PERSON?
The prices which we share on the website or social media are the total amount of the villa. (For example; The price of the villa which has an accommodation capacity of 4 people is the same even if 2 people or 4 people stay in the villa.)
